Buro is the only co-working space in SE4. It is managed by the owners of the property, who are self-employed South London professionals. Phil Fisk is a Photographer and Sarah Greene, an Events Director.

Phil & Sarah have both experienced first-hand the benefits of co-working spaces in London & New York respectively.  Their businesses needed a flexible office space for desks, with excellent local amenities and first-rate transport links: Dragonfly Place in Brockley fits the bill perfectly.

Buro’s interior has been completely refitted and designed as a desk sharing space for the contemporary working environment.   Recycled materials have been used as much as possible: the desks are built from old chemistry lab desks.

Buro offers competitive rates of £320 inc per desk, per month (£267 + VAT) for 24/7 access, with two internet providers offering super-fast broadband (Community Fibre Cable and Fibre-Optic BT Infinity) and all other utilities including limitless proper coffee & tea. A month-by-month commitment will allow for a generous desk, high-spec chair, storage, use of a shared kitchen area as well as the sound proof booth for private video conferencing.

The twenty co-workers who make up Buro come from a variety of creative, tech & small businesses consultancy backgrounds.
